16. Password and security
If you are nominated to use the restricted area of the Financial Consultants Guide site, you will be given a password (we reserve the right to change this at any time and notify you.) 17. Cancellations, returns and refunds
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. There may be occasions where you may want cancel or not renew your advert from the Financial Consultants Guide web site. All orders are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of appearance. Cancellations are free of charge during the cooling off period (14 days). Adverts cancelled within 6 months from date of payment are entitled for refund of 50% of payment. No refund is applied for cancellations made 6 (six) month after payment.
18. Renewals
Adverts are not automatically renewed. Customers willing to renew shall agree with the pricing in force at the time of renewal and shall issue the payment 15 (fifteen) days before the date of expiration.
19. Delivery of service
All orders are served as soon as possible after payment. It is our aim and standard practice to provide login access for advert definition and upload within 10 days. Normally, it will be much sooner than this.
