Full time direct hire Controller opportunity in real estate development; investment company is currently seeking an experienced financial analyst/controller. Duties of the Controller will include preparation of the financial statements, audit of financial statements (creating footnotes, etc.), year end statements and creation of financials showing all companies based on industry, execution of the company's financial plans, cost accounting, budgetary controls, business projections and financial analyses.
